PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Thank you for your interest in booking with us here at Hair Alchemy. We wish always to provide you with our best possible service and to grant your needs the fullest attention possible. In order to help us do that, we humbly ask that you look over our new booking and cancellation policy effective January 1st, 2019:
1 - Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to your first appointment to make ample time for new guest paperwork, a brief tour of our facility, and a consultation with your stylist.
2 - A late arrival will deprive you of your precious treatment time. Your treatment must end at it's scheduled time. If you are late, we will do our best to complete as much of the treatment as possible.
3 - Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. In order to secure your reservation, we will require a credit card number. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 or 50% of the total value of services booked charged to the card on file.
4 - More than 3 cancellations without proper notice will result in being place on "walk-in basis only," and you will no longer be able to reserve time for services prior to the day of.
5 - Certain services offered will require a deposit of 50% of the cost of service in order to reserve the appointment.
6 - If you are dissatisfied with your service, we ask that you let us know within 48 hours of the original date of service and you MUST return to the salon for the work to be evaluated to determine if the dissatisfaction is warranted. If the client is unwilling to return to Hair Alchemy for the evaluation then the complaint is considered without merit and nothing else will be done. Hair Alchemy reserves the right to enlist the services of employees other than the initial service provider to fix, correct, and otherwise work with the client to achieve a satisfactory service resolution. If satisfactory service resolution can not be achieved the money associated with the service sale will be applied as credit. No refund will be given. Hair Alchemy is not responsible for damages to color that occurred to events outside of the salon.
